Steps of Customization
Step 1: Submit Your Design Idea
Please prepare the following materials:
Clear photos or visual references of the desired lollipop shape (e.g., product, mascot, vehicle, logo icon)
A brief description of key details such as colour, angles, textures, and features to highlight
Please choose from our flavour list (including classics like Grape, Strawberry, Blueberry, Mango, Lychee, Cherry, Lemon, Lime, Raspberry, and Mint), or suggest your own to match.
Desired quantity and ideal delivery date
Any specific packaging preferences
Note: Due to the complexity of 3D moulding and production, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for each design is 30,000 pieces. Not sure what’s feasible in candy form? Don’t worry — our team will guide you every step of the way.
Step 2: Get a Custom Quote (1–2 Business Days)
After reviewing your request, we’ll provide a detailed custom quote based on shape, size, quantity, and packaging.
Rush orders or premium packaging options will be listed separately upon request.
Step 3: Design, Mockup & Sample (5–7 Business Days)
Our designers will create a digital 3D mockup based on your reference materials
If needed, we can also produce a physical prototype sample (available at an affordable cost) to show size, shape, and detailing
You’ll review both and provide final approval before production
One round of revision is included
Step 4: Production (10–15 Business Days)
Once approved, we begin full production of your 3D lollipops
We’ll keep you updated with progress photos or videos upon request
Final production time may vary depending on order size and complexity
Step 5: Delivery
We carefully pack and ship your lollipops to your designated location
